Britt Johnson is an Emmy Award-winning sports host, producer, author, and digital media personality known for blending storytelling, live commerce, and community-driven sports content. Born in California and raised in a military family, Britt spent her childhood moving across the country, developing resilience, adaptability, and a strong competitive spirit through cheerleading, dance, and track—eventually becoming captain of all three teams.
Her passion for sports crystallized the moment she watched the Dallas Cowboys play. Seeing legends like Emmitt Smith, Michael Irvin, and Deion Sanders compete at the highest level sparked a lifelong dream to build a career in sports media.
Britt attended California State University, Fresno, earning a degree in Communication with a minor in Special Event Planning. While interning at KSEE 24 (NBC affiliate), she gained hands-on experience across production, editing, and sideline reporting for Fresno State athletics. The experience confirmed what she already knew—sports storytelling was where she belonged.
After college, Britt began building her voice in sports media through blogging, live reporting, and on-camera hosting. Her career quickly expanded into television and digital media, including roles as a Weekend Sports Anchor in Louisiana, Sports Reporter in Torrance, and appearances on nationally broadcast platforms including Fox Sports and MSNBC. She went on to become the lead host of The Fumble, helping grow the channel to more than 1.5 million subscribers and establishing herself as a recognizable face in sports entertainment.
Britt later joined the Dallas Cowboys as a team reporter, producer, and content creator—bringing fans closer to the team through storytelling and digital content. Today, she serves as an On-Air Personality for WeTheHobby, hosting live sports and collectibles programming across platforms like Whatnot, Fanatics Live, and Walmart Live while continuing to expand her presence across social media and digital platforms.
In 2023, Britt became a published author with her first book, “The Waiting Season for Love,” now available on Amazon. The book reflects her passion for storytelling beyond sports and her desire to connect with audiences on a deeper, more personal level.
